All brand-to-factory association data on GIWAHS is categorised using a four-tier framework: (a) Verified — confirmed through documentation reviewed by GIWAHS; (b) Publicly Reported — reported by attributable public sources such as press or trade publications; (c) Unverified — reported but not independently validated; (d) Historical — past relationships that may no longer be active.
2. No claim of current relationship
GIWAHS does NOT claim that any factory currently produces for any high-end or well-known brand unless explicitly marked Verified through legally sourced, publicly available, and reviewable documentation.
3. Unverified and Publicly Reported entries
Unverified and Publicly Reported entries are surfaced as sourcing intelligence context only — not as endorsements, confirmations, or commercial claims.
4. Historical entries
Historical entries refer to past relationships that have ended or are no longer active. They are archived for reference and should not be interpreted as current commercial relationships.
5. Due diligence required
Buyers should always independently verify any brand association before relying on it for sourcing, marketing, or commercial decisions.
6. Removal and correction
